Hi Folks! π I'm looking for new positions, but I took a 2 year sabbatical to address some health concerns and explore a career shift. I'm concerned that I'm not effectively addressing this gap because I'm getting rejected without calls from recruiters. Does anyone have experience addressing gaps like this during an employer's market? I reviewed some olds posts for advice, but I feel that things have changed significantly in 2026.
