Joined a Fortune 500 company and struggling to adapt
I've been through quite a few rounds of interviews over the last 3 months and it feels very different from when I last went through interviews in 2019 and 2023. I definitely think I'm studying or preparing incorrectly for the current environment. It seems like many processes didn't fully assess the technical abilities I have and I felt like I would have excelled at many of the places that have turned me down. ~15 YOE, frontend/full stack/product engineer - mainly applying within SF bay or NYC My
