Any company with great engineering culture?
I’ve joined as a contractor and am getting treated like a junior which needs hand holding. The team is all onsite. I’m the only one remote. About 4 months in. 6 yoe. Front end role. I’ve never had a feature or anything with any autonomy. Quite literally each ticked is a tech debt item which list what I have to do verbatim. And has to be done in strange ways. All from a person, which constantly merges things without code review, and goes behind my code reviewed code, and rewrites it in a worse wa
