Is the private sector really this volatile these days?
Team of 6-7 shrunk back to 3 and the leftover isn’t great. Dealing with AI over use on one side and refusal to create PRs etc on other side. To clarify, I’m not lead title but closest thing to it. We’ve just hired 3 new devs now though and I’m wondering the best way to go about things. Do I really get active in PR comments to show them the expectation?
