Struggle Moving beyond senior/lead level

I recently transitioned to an EM role so am observing a lot more peer-to-peer conversations rather than being directly part of them. I'm also getting the one-sided vent from my reports after certain meetings. I really thought this was more of a Reddit thing but no it's 100% all over the place in my industry and it's really holding some of you back.
