The internet is inbreeding.

Last month it was astra and today it's Gemini that went out of the system/sandbox and hacked it's way out. If it becomes worse, what happens to our money? Especially if the records get corrupted? Here is a dumb idea I guess, Would collecting a paper print from the bank (on bank letterhead by the teller/banker or ATM slip) everyday makes it any better? What precautions should we take if any!
